Who can collect the most pop tabs? Do you yell "WAR EAGLE!" or "ROLL TIDE!" Bring all of your tabs from your aluminum cans and place them in your favorite team's container. The team with the most tabs wins bragging rights for the whole year and can wear their team's colors on November 19! The last day to bring your tabs for the contest is November 17. The collected tabs will be donated to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House.

Drama meeting tomorrow in the library for students in grades 2-5 who are interested in participating in The Wizard of Oz. You must turn in a permission form to Mrs. Lee prior to the meeting. Pick up will be on Bulldog Lane at 4:00.

3rd grader Eric made a bracelet from recycled pop tabs after watching the video keeping Alabama clean and recycling materials. The video showed the bracelet but didnāt give directions. Eric figured out how to do it on his own

Some students had home language surveys sent home with them today. This is something the state is requiring we have in each students folders. We have a Cullman County author coming on October 28th during PE. Hallie Christiansen graduated from Vinemont and her book will be in bookstores October 12. The book, āMisadventures with Great-Aunt Poppyā, will be available for preorder & purchase that day.
