Cullman County Schools and America's First Federal Credit Union recognize a teacher and staff member each month.
Teacher of the Month: Jennifer Hays, Welti Elementary

Jennifer Hays teaches 5th grade at Welti. Hays moved grades this year and has never taught 5th before. "She has tackled this grade as she does everything she does with enthusiasm and a great attitude," said Gina Webb, Welti Principal. "Mrs. Hayes always goes above and beyond what is expected, and her positive attitude and dedication are infectious," said Webb.
Staff Member of the Month: Teressa Griffin, Fairview High School

Teressa Griffin serves as the school custodian at Fairview High. "Our school looks great due to her hard work and attention to detail," said Dr. Johnny Whaley, Fairview High Principal. "She is consistently taking interest in our students and always encourages them. She truly has a servant's heart," said Whaley.
